Fees and billing

What Ayillo charges, when we charge it, and what is passed through from the payment processor. Current subscription prices are always published on the plans page — nothing is hidden behind a sales call.

Subscription fees

Ayillo is billed monthly per workspace. Every workspace includes a core set of modules and a number of included units; additional units are billed per unit per month, and optional modules are billed as add-ons.

Exact current amounts for your unit count and selected modules are shown on the plans page and in your account before you confirm. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing workspaces.

Commercial suites are billed separately from included residential units.

Free trial and card verification

New professional workspaces get a 30-day free trial. A payment card in the account holder's own name — or their company's name — is required to start the trial. We place a temporary authorization of approximately $1 to confirm the card and the name on it, and release it immediately. That authorization is not a charge; depending on your bank it may appear as pending for a few days.

You keep full product access during the trial. Collecting money from other people additionally requires a name-matched card and property verification.

Payment processing fees

Rent and other payments collected through Ayillo are processed by our payment provider. Processing costs are set by the provider and depend on payment method, currency, and country; the amount applicable to a transaction is shown before it is submitted.

Ayillo does not add a hidden markup to a resident's rent payment. Where a convenience fee applies, it is displayed on the payment screen before you confirm.

Payouts

Collected funds are paid out to the verified bank account on your connected payout profile. Payouts require completed identity, business, and property verification, and are held when a payment is disputed or reversed.

Taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST, which is added where required by law.

Failed payments

If a subscription payment fails, we retry it and notify the account holder. Access to paid modules may be suspended while an invoice is unpaid; your data is retained and restored when payment succeeds.
