Why inspections usually fail as software
Most inspection tools stop at a document. Someone walks the unit, ticks boxes, exports a PDF, emails it, and then re-types the problems into a maintenance system — or forgets to. The finding and the fix live in different places, so nobody can prove a repair was ever made.
In Ayillo the inspection is a record on the unit. Each line item carries a pass, fail, or not-applicable result, a photo, and a note. A failed item creates a corrective work order that links back to the item it came from, so the evidence trail runs from the walkthrough to the closed repair.
